Answers to Frequently Asked Questions

How can I order from SE Findings? You need to be a retail jeweler or repair jeweler.
A copy of your State Sales Tax Number & Business License is required for purchases.

Where are we located? Both Southeastern Findings & Namano are located just 6
miles or so outside the Atlanta city limits. We are in close proximity to Interstate 285
and Interstate 85. Easy to get to from all over the Atlanta area. Please call for directions.

What is the minimum order? We have no minimum order. Order just 1 of something or
100. We value your business.

What kind of shipping is offered? Just tell our sales rep when you need your merchandise
and they will explain your options. We offer UPS next day, UPS second day, UPS ground,
FedEx next day, FedEx second day, UPS 3 day select, and US Postal Service.

What is your return policy?RETURNS:  We will accept any merchandise shipped within the
previous 30 days for full credit providing the items have not been damaged, used, sized or set.
Returned merchandise must be in the original shipping envelope and carry a copy of the invoice
or order number on which it was received. Packaging for returns, insuring or registering, is
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.  We can not be responsible for items returned in envelopes, and crushed
by post office handling equipment or items lost in shipment.  Special orders, cut stock, special
assembly jobs, discontinued mdse or altered items are not returnable. Please refer to the inside cover of our most recent catalog for details.

What payment terms are offered? Most customers prefer COD terms. We accept MC, VISA,
American Express, and Discover. Please fill out the credit application found below for 30-day terms.

How do I get a credit application?  Apply for 30-day terms by filling out a credit application.

What are your operating hours? We are here from 8:30am until 6:00pm Monday through
Friday. Orders can be placed after hours using the voice mail at 1-800-282-8285, through
fax at 1-888-282-8285 or order online. Extended holiday hours through the month of December.

Is there a price break on large quantity purchases? Most items in our catalog have price breaks at 3, 6, and/or 12 pieces.

What if I am looking for something not offered in your catalog? Ask Us. We can special order almost anything. Don' worry, we will find out the price and when we can have it for you before you commit to anything.

Do you sell jewelers tools? YES. we have most of our items online. You can request a tool
catalog here. If you need something you don't see, just ask.

Does your company attend any jewelers shows or conventions? We attend New York,
Atlanta, Tucson, Madison and others. Check the web site for updated listings.

Can I get my orders from Namano & SE Findings shipped together? Sure, just tell your
sales reps at both Southeastern and Namano. We will ship your orders in one package,
saving you from extra shipping charges.
