 SATISFACTION GUARANTEED: We take pride in the quality of our merchandise and the satisfaction of our customers.

RETURNS: We will accept any merchandise shipped within the previous 30 days for full credit providing the items have not been damaged, used, sized or set. Returned merchandise must be in the original shipping envelope and carry a copy of the invoice or number on which it was received. Packaging for returns, insuring or registering, is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.  We cannot be responsible for items returned in envelopes, and crushed by post office handling equipment or items lost in shipment. Special Orders, Cut Stock, or Special Assembly jobs are not returnable.

 TERMS & CONDITIONS: Open Accounts (Net 30 Days) are available to all customers currently rated #1 by the Jeweler’s Board of Trade with a signed credit application on file. Others will be shipped COD. unless other arrangements have been made. We also offer open accounts to any customer with an approved credit application, just ask for an application. Processing a credit application will take approximately 10 working days. Open accounts who violate their terms will be changed to COD.  A service charge will be added to past due accounts.
